The situation in Bakhmut: Semenchenko reported its own version of the incident with the police

MP from “Samopomich” semen Semenchenko argues that the police in Bahmut, illegally tried to detain a person with a legally registered weapon.

According to Semenchenko, the police detained the bus with the veterans that came from Lisichansk in Bakhmut to help the participants of the blockade in the Donbass.

“Documents were checked for weapons from people who were in the bus. There was one SKS carbine, was on a specific person,” – said the MP.

The name of this person Semenchenko did not call, noting that it was “a citizen of Ukraine, a person who served in the battalion “Donbass”, were awarded medals”.

According to Semenchenko, the police checked the documents on the weapon, but then “tried under the guise of the investigation to go somewhere”. “Then the man with the rifle got into my car and off we went,” – said the MP.

Recall, February 15, at an extraordinary meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers approved the decision to introduce the emergency state in the electricity market. Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman again condemned the blocking of the supply of anthracite coal from territories not controlled by the government. “I believe that the blockade of coal is a crime. At least with regard to coal, the rest I can not judge”, he said.

Groisman also urged the participants of the blockade to remove it because it threatens Ukraine’s energy security.

Later it became known that the government order about entering of emergency state in the electricity market may not last more than two months. This was stated by Minister of energy and coal industry Igor Nasalik.

“The order will operate during the month. It can be once extended for a month. That is, not more than two months this order works. And no more”, – assured the Minister.
