In the zone of the antiterrorist operation militants pay money, the so-called commanders in order to “permit drunkenness”.
It is reported by the Main Department of intelligence of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine on the page in Facebook.
In particular, in order to obtain permission for the use of alcohol, the militants need to pay 3 thousand Russian rubles.
“The command of the 9 private infantry assault Marines (Novoazovsk) 1 AK (Donetsk) the armed forces uses a tendency subordinate personnel to abuse alcohol for their own enrichment. So, “permit drunkenness” wanting is 3 thousand Russian rubles”, – stated in the message.
