The Russian side disrupted the Skype-negotiations of the Trilateral contact group

The Russian side in the Tripartite contact group on settling the situation in Donbas have not been in contact with Skype for a scheduled videoconference.

Wrote about this on his page on Facebook press Secretary of the Ukrainian representative in the Tripartite contact group on settlement of the situation in the Donbas Leonid Kuchma Darka olifer.

“Today was to take place the videoconference Tripartite liaison group. However, representatives of the Russian side not on Skype-connection,” she said.

According to burden, the initiative for the Skype talks belonged to the Russian side, and was supported by the OSCE.

“Ukraine was ready to continue discussions on the implementation of the agreements, which were discussed on 15 February 2017 under the framework of the Tripartite liaison group in Minsk and 18 February 2017 at a meeting of the foreign Ministers of the Norman Quartet in Munich,” she said.

Also the press Secretary of Leonid Kuchma noted that participation in video conferencing came the Ukrainian delegation, the special representative of the OSCE Chairman in the Trilateral contact group Martin Sajdik and the head of SMM OSCE coordinator of OSCE in the security subgroup of Erturul Apakan.

We will remind, during meeting of foreign Ministers of Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia in Munich the participants of the “Normandy format” talked about ways of implementation of the Minsk agreements on Donbass. In particular, the parties agreed on a ceasefire in the Donbass. However, the militants once again broke the truce.
