NACP undertook to verify the Declaration of Poroshenko, Groisman and Co

The national Agency for prevention of corruption the beginning of a complete verification of the declarations of the President of Ukraine, Prime Minister and government Ministers.

This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the NACP Ruslan Radetsky.

According to him, the decision on the beginning of check of declarations the top of the Ukrainian authorities was taken during a meeting on February 22.

“Finally, the head of the NACP, such a proposal was supported today convened a meeting where it was unanimously decided on the beginning of a full scan of the President of Ukraine, Prime Minister of Ukraine and Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, – he wrote on his page in Facebook.

Ustanovlena according to the order, the beginning will begin testing the next day after the decision, that is February 23, and will last 60 calendar days.

We will remind, on February 13, the Ministry of justice of Ukraine registered the order of carrying out the full verification of electronic declarations.

In November 2016 , the Ministry of justice returned the National Agency for prevention of corruption for revision approved by that authority “the conduct of monitoring and full scan of the Declaration of the person authorized to perform state functions or local self-government and the exercise of monitoring the life of a person authorized to perform state functions or local self-government.” The reason for this decision were numerous comments to the adopted anti-corruption body of the documents.

After that, the Deputy Chairman of the National Agency for prevention of corruption Ruslan Radetsky declared that the Ministry of justice has blocked the work of verification of electronic declarations of Ukrainian officials. He noted that NACP has still not received comments from the Ministry of justice regarding the procedure of verification of declarations.
