The militants agreed to allow the Ukrainian repairmen in Donetsk filter station – source

After a video conference with the OSCE and representatives of the JCCC , the militants agreed to give the Ukrainian crews access to the fired Donetsk filtering station.

This was reported by a source close to the OSCE and the Trilateral contact group, writes “Interfax-Ukraine”.

“The videoconference lasted six hours and was initiated by the OSCE. The reason for the urgency of holding the videoconference, have become frequent cases of aggression and attacks on unarmed patrols Mission (SMM) of the OSCE, with the armed militants ORDO,” said the informant.

According to him, during the negotiations the parties agreed on the admission of Ukrainian maintenance crews at the Donetsk filter station, damaged in the shelling by terrorists.

“But when this will happen remains to be seen,” added the sources, adding that “very sharply there was a question” about the inadmissibility of damages and attacks on vital infrastructure.

Separately, he also said that the OSCE has called on militants to return their captured drone and demanded an investigation into the incident. However, “representatives ORDO refused to give any information about the incident with the drone and return him.”

Note, in the video talks also attended by representatives of the special mission of the OSCE, the Joint center for control and coordination of questions of ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line (JCCC) and representatives of the militants.

We will remind, in the result of night attacks against militants on 25 February Avdeevka remained without light, and also in the city broke out four fires. The water in the city flows by gravity from the reservoir.

In turn, the electricians can start repair power lines due to the risk of being attacked.
