“Our bloody money”: hackers stole 280 thousand SMS for daughter odious Manafort – Politico
Cooperation Paul Manafort with ex-President Viktor Yanukovych has become a concern for his daughters.
This became known from the SMS messages, which allegedly belong to the family members of Manafort: hackers broke into the phone of one of the daughters of the consultant and posted it to Facebook. Manafort confirmed the hacker attack on his daughter’s cellphone, but declined to comment on reports from correspondence, writes Politico.

The publication notes that the phone Andrea Manafort was stolen 280 thousand messages dated from 9 Oct 2012 to 7 September 2016. Stolen correspondence over three weeks before the resignation of Paul Manafort in connection with the scandal which broke out because of his possible ties to Ukraine and Russia.
The message of the daughter of spin doctor, in particular, expressed concern with regards to cooperation with the father as with Yanukovych and with Donald trump during his campaign.

Note that the message was published on the website with restricted access that uses the hacker community. One of the community members managed to kidnap the backup of your phone Andrea Manafort from her account on iCloud. The author of the post wrote that disseminates stolen data as revenge on those who “connected” with the trump.
In one of the correspondences the daughter of a political consultant Jessica Manafort writes: “I’m not a fan of trump, but still proud of what dad did. He is well versed in the business”.
But sister Andrea said to her, calling the father’s relationship with his trump, “the most dangerous friendship in America.” In other correspondence Andrea Manafort called the current US President and his father “the perfect couple to power hungry egotistical maniacs”.
As for worrying about cooperation of Manafort with Yanukovych, the message for March 2015, they suggest the involvement of the father in the deaths of hundreds of demonstrators on the Maidan during the protests against the Yanukovych regime.
“Don’t kid yourself. The money that we have is blood money,” wrote Andrea Manafort sister.

In another stolen correspondence Andrea wrote that the work and fees of her father in Ukraine “legally questionable”.
Politico noted that he by Paul Manafort claimed the legitimacy of its efforts in Ukraine, which, according to him, was in the interests of the United States, after he allegedly tried to convince Yanukovych to conduct a Pro-Western policy.
