The anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office will petition for arrest and removal from office Nasirov
Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office will petition for election of a detention of the Chairman of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov and remove him from office.
On March 2, detectives NABOO handed a notification on suspicion Nasirova committing a crime under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of official position, entailed heavy consequences).

The head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Golodnitsky said that the investigation into the “gas case” MP Oleksandr Onishchenko requires the establishment and accountability of all participants in the schemes of illegal enrichment, but above all the organizers and beneficiaries of the President of the SFS was already questioned in the framework of this production.
“Surgically we learned about the possible departure of a suspect abroad, and there was the possibility of destruction of evidence, so the Prosecutor yesterday, it was decided to hold a series of urgent procedural actions. Once began investigations yesterday afternoon, the head of the State fiscal service instantly appeared on the treatment of Theophany. Given the possibilities of the suspect to resist the consequence and love for shoots abroad participants in the “gas business” we will petition in court about election Novel Nasirova measures of restraint in form of detention and to demand his removal from office. Now detectives NABOO on behalf of the head of procedure, preparing appropriate motions to the court,” – said Holodnitsky.

According to the report, the investigation considers that Nasirov during 2015 and 2016, acting in the interests Onishchenko, gave the heads of regional and territorial bodies of the DFS illegal instruction make baseless decisions on the installment plan of tax debt LLC “Firm “Khas”, “Carpocratians”, LLC “Nadra Geocenter”.
Within the specified period, the Roman Nasirov made the illegal decision on installment monetary obligations of these enterprises, which had no legal grounds and did not provide required documents. These decisions were adopted with violation of the established by law procedure, namely in the absence of proper justification and legal grounds that led to the state confirmed by expert opinion the damage is about 2 billion UAH, noted in Prosecutor’s office.
Onishchenko is suspected of organizing the schemes of embezzlement of public funds amounting to about 3 billion during the extraction and sale of natural gas within the framework of agreements on joint activities with JSC “Ukrgasdobycha”.
In early December 2016 Onishchenko for the first time issued a record with “dirt”, where supposedly recorded his interview with Oles Dovgy, who plays the role of mediator between Onishchenko and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
Subsequently, the people’s Deputy, the fugitive declared that has transferred these records to US intelligence.
However, the Administration of the President’s statements regarding the “compromising” on the head of state calls untrue.
