Poroshenko briefly commented on the arrest Nasirova
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko for the first time commented on the situation with the detention and the announcement of suspicion of a controversial Chapter of the Novel DFS Nasirova.
This was reported by press Secretary of the President Svyatoslav Tsigalko.

We will remind, on the night of 3 March, the detectives NAB and anti-corruption prosecutors suspect handed to the Chairman of SFS service Novel Nasirova. The detention occurred in the Metropolitan hospital “Feofania”.
On the morning of March 3 Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office reported that Nasirova is suspected of committing a crime under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of official position, entailed heavy consequences). The head of GFS implicated in “gas schemes Onishchenko”. And the night detention is due to the fact that he had information about a possible escape him abroad.
During the investigation Nasirova was removed from office.
