The suspect in the theft of property to the ex-head of Dusi posted bail of more than 6 million hryvnias
Suspected of creation of criminal group which tried to seize state property worth half a billion hryvnia, former head of public Administration by Affairs Igor Tarasyuk was appointed a measure of restraint in the form of a Deposit in the amount of 6 million 400 thousand.
The corresponding decision was made by Pechersky district court of Kyiv, the correspondent of TSN.
Besides Tarasyuk was ordered to wear an electronic bracelet for 60 days.
As noted in the court order, the former official within 5 days from the time of the decision, must pay a Deposit, to hand over the passport and the passport of the citizen of Ukraine, and it during this period should wear “an electronic bracelet” is a device for control of movement.
At the same time Tarasyuk is not restricted in movement by Ukraine, but it must be on the call of the investigators.
