“Today we filed an appeal in the court Salomonsmithbarney. In it we ask to cancel the decision of court on election of a preventive measure against the Roman Nasirova to refuse satisfaction of the petition for election measures of restraint”, – said the lawyer.
“The third point of appeal is to admit the detention of Roman Nasirov illegal,” said lisak.
He denied reports of a number of Ukrainian media about the fact that the Roman Nasirov supposedly the Deposit. “The pledge we made. Why pay a Deposit, if the appeal is submitted?”, – commented the lawyer.
Lisak emphasized that the decision on making or not making the Deposit can only be made after consideration of the appeal. “If the court’s decision on the choice of a measure of restraint is canceled or if a decision is made about the level of Deposit, then we will consider this issue,” said lisak.
