In Russia and Germany expressed the desire to attract the United States to the negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in Eastern Ukraine.

This was stated by foreign Minister of Germany and Russia, Sigmar Gabriel and Sergei Lavrov after bilateral talks in Moscow, reports UNIAN.

“With regard to Eastern Ukraine, we are interested in the Normandy format was a format that not only accompanies, but also looks at the implementation of Minsk. We are interested that the United States was not only informed, but also used their influence on all whom they can influence. We would like to support our American colleagues, that they enjoy their role, their influence,” – said the German Minister.

In turn, Lavrov said that there are hardly any conflict where it would be possible without the United States do.
