In the EU “nationalization” of enterprises by the militants and use of the ruble in ORDO called illegal
The EU called inconsistent with the Minsk agreements and illegal decision of the leaders of “DNR/LNR” about the so-called “nationalization” of enterprises and the use of the Russian currency beyond the control of government of Ukraine territories.
This was stated by the representative of the European Commission Maya Kosyanchich, writes UKRINFORM.
“The so-called administrative measures, in particular, it is reported that the seizure of the companies in Donetsk or the introduction of other than Ukrainian hryvnia, the currency in Lugansk, not in line with the Minsk agreements were invalid and serve only to increase tension,” said EU.
It is also noted that such decisions are ungrounded, lead to the further isolation of residents beyond the control of the government of Ukraine. But also, the EU noted that the issue of the blockade of the territory must be resolved as quickly as possible, and “Russia must fully implement their commitments and to influence the so-called people’s Republic in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions”.
The European Union also notes that the signed February 18 by Russian President’s decree about the recognition of certain documents issued by the “people’s republics” in Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine, does not correspond to the spirit of the Minsk agreements.
