The case in the Hague on financing Russia terrorism is very difficult – the mirror
The claim of Ukraine on financing Russia terrorism is the first such case considered by the International court of justice in the Hague. So it will be difficult for consideration.
About this on air of the talk show “Right to Vlad,” on the TV channel “1+1” said the representative of Ukraine in the court, the Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Elena zerkal.
“You have to understand that for the court it is also a challenge. This is the first case that is in court against country to country the financing of terrorism, and it is very difficult for consideration,” she said.

According to the mirror, a second case against Russia, which concerned racial discrimination is easier for the court because it had already considered a similar case against Russia and Georgia.
“Here, Moscow’s position was the least legally prudent, as they refer only to Tatars living in Crimea, and said that they were satisfied with their lives. Not referring not to one international document and not a position of international organizations”, – said the Deputy Minister.

Elena zerkal noted that the main thing that managed to make a Ukraine court against the Russian Federation to bring their legal position to the international community and for the whole world to submit legal arguments of this case. Ukraine in the Hague, demanding the return of Russia in the legal field and Russia to stop supplying weapons and troops on the territory of Ukraine.
“We hope that by the end of April, the court will make a decision on the application of provisional measures”, – said Elena zerkal.
