On the line of contact between the so-called “DNR” and Ukrainian territory controlled by Kiev, the leader of the militants Alexander Zakharchenko declared a “state border”.

According to the document, the transition of individuals through the line of collision is permitted only through border control posts with compulsory registration.
“MGB DNR” warns that according to paragraph 4 of this Decree the actions associated with the illegal crossing of the line of contact, organization illegal exit (entry) in the “Donetsk people’s Republic”, will be qualified in accordance with the “Criminal code DND”, namely article 378 “Illegal crossing of the State border of the people’s Republic of Donetsk””, – stated in the message.
