After the recent increase in utility tariffs, market experts predict intensification of development of technologies “green” energy efficient construction in Ukraine. So, the first building completely designed according to the international standard of “green” construction BREEAM Interim2013, will open in September 2017. For example, through “green” technologies in BC ASTARTA office of 2000 square meters, about 200 employees are able to save money on power, gas and water supply about 15 thousand dollars a year is relatively standard office space. In the future five years is about 75 thousand dollars. Many companies regard such savings as an essential and begin to seriously think about optimizing their offices”.

Thanks to the motion sensors and solenoid valves, when opening the tap – no motion will block the flow of water, and in the case of breakage of the mixer will eliminate the possibility of flooding.
As previously reported, in the framework of the business district BC АSTARTA in the fall of 2017 at the hem will be a new public space square at the intersection of the original landscaping, a fountain and a green lawn for “relaxing walks” barefoot.
