In Russia announced the terms of cancellation of the decision on the recognition of passports “LDNR”

Russia has called the conditions for cancellation of the decision on the recognition of “passports” terrorist “LNR” and “DNR”.

About it reports the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia.

“The decision on the recognition of documents issued to citizens of Ukraine in some areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions may be changed after the full implementation of the Kyiv Minsk agreements”, – reads the statement of the permanent representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich.

According to him, the implementation of the agreements envisages “the abolition of the punitive operation and the withdrawal of heavy weapons, and constitutional reform with the approval of the special status of Donbass, the recognition of local elections and the implementation of paragraph 8 of the “package of measures” with regard to full recovery of socio-economic relations”.

President Petro Poroshenko said in response that while recognizing the “passport” “DND” and “LNB”, Russian President Vladimir Putin once again confirmed that the occupation of Donbass under the control of the militants-separatists, and the Kremlin directly.

The legalization of so-called “passports” terrorist “LNB” and “DND” was condemned by the international community, in particular, spoke negatively at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine and the OSCE, calling such actions a violation of the Minsk agreements, and explosion of peace efforts in Ukraine.
