We will remind, on March 15, President Poroshenko officially approved the termination of transport communication with ORDA, signed a corresponding decree, and put into effect the NSDC decision on sanctions against Russian banks.

On the same day, the NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov announced overlap between 13:00 all roads and Railwaysthat lead to the demarcation line, the forces of national police and national guard.

Previously Poroshenko said that Ukraine wants to bind Russia to close uncontrolled border and stop all supplies of weapons, equipment and money to the terrorists in the Donbass.

In Moscow, in turn, said that the NSDC decision on the termination of cargo and transport links with the occupied Donbass testifies to the fact that Kyiv is trying “once again to shift responsibility from a sick head on healthy”, thus justifying the decision of the militants to “nationalize” businesses.

As you know, rail blockade in the Donbass lasts about a month. Trains with coal from militant-controlled territories do not miss dobrobiti – I consider it unacceptable to trade with the invaders. Their requirement is not only to stop the trade, but also to formally consolidate the territories that they control the aggressor, the status of the occupied.

In particular, 28 Feb MP Vladimir Parasyuk reported on the storming of the redoubt in the village Scherbynivka, Toretsky near the Donetsk region. Subsequently, the staff reported one wounded.

The assault lasted about the same time when the Cabinet was made by the interior Minister Arsen Avakov. He, among other things, requested authority for the lifting of the blockade of the occupied Donbass.

People’s Deputy semen Semenchenko in response to the words of Avakov said: “I think by the time were Avakov would be the information that and use firearms for law enforcement protection would be a great excuse to blame the veteransto blame the fact that they’re shooting at local residents and to take action. But the reticence of the veterans have helped to avoid such a scenario”.
