International day of happiness: where the happiest people live in what place in the rating of Ukraine

Monday, March 20, in the world for the fifth time celebrated the international day of happiness. The initiative of the festival came from a small country Bhutan is, after all, five years ago, there lived the happiest people on the planet, according to a story “Snidanok 1+1”.

In honor of this day, the light came traditional report on the level of happiness in the world. The first five places, where live the most happy people went to Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Switzerland and Finland.

This year Ukraine was on the 132 place among the happiest countries, entrenched between Ghana 131 and 133 Uganda.

About our neighbouring countries, Slovakia is ranked 40th, Poland – 46, Russia – 49, Moldova – 55, Romania – 57, Byelorussia – 67, and Hungary – 75.

Scientists, in turn, his own view of happiness and how to achieve it. For example, British psychologists say that happy people like to smile, but not just smile, and do it sincerely.

Also, to ensure happiness in life, it is very important to quickly get rid of the negativity. For example, resentment or envy. Happy people, according to scientists from different countries, it is safe to assume those who are able to simultaneously be both an optimist and a realist.

Interestingly, there are studies about the smell of a real happiness. As it turned out, the aromas of freshly baked bread, clean linen, flowers, ground coffee, vanilla and even French fries are most often associated in humans with happiness.

And finally, we need to be patient. Happiness increases with age. According to psychologists and scientists, after thirty years, people get happier, with a smile looking at the difficulties and easily overcome them.
