The wife of former regions Kolesnichenko wants to deprive him of parental rights
The wife of the suspect in the separatism of the former people’s Deputy from “Party of regions” Vadim Kolesnichenko of Lilia Makedon asks the court to deprive him of parental rights.
The appropriate summons was issued on 22 March in the newspaper “Uryadovy courier”, transfer “Ukrainian news”.
It is noted that the Darnitskiy district court of Kiev gives Kolesnichenko, the last known place of registration which – Kyiv, vul. Sribnokilskoy, 24, 244 sq as a defendant in a civil case under the claim of Lilia Makedon.
She filed a lawsuit in the interests of a minor child Kolesnichenko Vsevolod Vadimovich about deprivation eks-the Deputy of parental rights.
The hearing is to be held at 14:00 on April 19.
Since the announcement, the ex-MP is notified of the date and place of the hearing.
We will remind, Kolesnichenko was Deputy head of the Sevastopol branch of the “Party of regions”, was thrice elected Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on its list.
