The GPU has completed pre-trial investigation “of the land” the case against the former Deputy head of the KSCA
The General Prosecutor of Ukraine completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings concerning ex-the Deputy head of Kyiv city state administration and the chief of the land resources.
This was announced by Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko.
It was found that an official for the receipt of unlawful benefit to any other legal entity in violation of the law, abusing his official position unnecessarily and agreed on the transfer of property, OKGK “Atmost” for construction land area of 65.1 hectares, with a total value of over UAH 1.4 billion, which can be incorporated into the borders of the landscape reserve of local importance “Zhukov Island”.

The court decided to return illegally alienated land to the community of Kiev.
“The suspect and his lawyers opened the materials of the pretrial investigation. After reading them, the indictment proceedings will be sent to court”, – stated in the message Lutsenko in the social network Facebook.
The officer, whose name is not called, accused of abuse of power or official position.
Recall, February 21, 2017 GPU reported a Declaration of suspicion to the former Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv city state administration – head of the Main Department of land resources with respect to the illegal agreement on the transfer to the cooperative of 65.1 hectares of land of 1.4 billion hryvnia.
