Full reset: the Ministry of justice decided to amend the law on NACP for re-election management
The Ministry of justice is preparing a bill on the activities of the National Agency for prevention of corruption, allowing managers to replace the NACP.
About it reported in a press-Department service.
“The Ministry of justice on behalf of the Prime Minister, during yesterday’s meeting of the government, began drafting a bill that will ensure the normalization of the work of NAPC and will provide an opportunity to conduct competitions for the positions of leadership of this body”, – stated in the message.
As noted, proposals of changes will soon present and discuss with the community.
