Head of NERC confirmed that will be introduced monthly fee for gas
The national Commission carrying out regulation in the energy and utilities until you enter a monthly fee for gas. This was confirmed during the briefing, the head of the national Commission Dmitry Volkov, the correspondent of TSN.
Officially, the question submitted to the meeting of the NERC, which will take place on April 10, but the wolf assured that will support it.
Note that NERC says the suspension and modification of regulations regarding license fee. The national Commission promises to further developing of the decision that they did not increase bills also will consult with the Cabinet in terms of distribution of subsidies for the monthly fee, if necessary, and prepare the period of adaptation of consumers to the decision on reduction of tariffs for thermal energy.
Recall, a new method of calculating the cost of gas was adopted on March 28. The innovation has already attracted criticism from experts and have found absurd examples of calculating tariffs, which differ several times, to neighboring villages with the same infrastructure. Also voiced the idea that the profit from the increase in fees that will total an additional almost 8 billion hryvnias a year will not go to the budget of the country and into the pockets of oligarchs who are owners of regional gas companies.
This innovation was condemned in the Cabinet and in Parliament, and even demanded the dismissal of the head of NERCand Poroshenko urged not to introduce controversial monthly fee for gas.
