Materials on business “black realtors” was sent to court.
The investigators gave the court the materials in the case of “black realtors”which abducted and killed people in Kiev for their property.

“After nearly a year of pre-trial investigation, the GPU sent to the court indictment in the case of the so-called “black realtors”, who are accused of committing criminal offences under article 257 (banditry), article 146 (illegal imprisonment or kidnapping), part 4 St. 190 (fraud committed on an especially large scale), part 2 of article 115 UK of Ukraine (deliberate murder from mercenary motives)”, – he said.
According to Lutsenko, the pre-trial investigation established that the gang included a woman from Kiev and four of her accomplice, who had been repeatedly convicted of serious and particularly serious acquisitive crime.
“In the period from 2015 to 2016 this organized group of persons, acting in the territory of the city of Kiev under the scheme, which was extended in the 90-ies of the last century, sought out local residents from among those who abuse alcohol or use drugs, and have no close relatives who could claim the inheritance. Installing such a person, the criminals illegally abducted and for a long time held, in this case through blackmail, threats, beatings, deprivation of food and water forced to the transfer of documents to the property, with its subsequent renewal of the notary,” – said the Prosecutor General.
After that, he said, “black realtors” took the victim outside Kiev, where he killed a man.
“So gang members for 2015-2016 is organized and carried out a number of grave and especially grave crimes related to the misappropriation of housing and property of residents of Kiev”, – Lutsenko added that sums up what for the crimes committed offenders face life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
Recall, may 11 in Kiev, law enforcement exposed the gang, which for a long time been kidnapped and held, tortured and killed residents of the capital, to take possession of their housing. Thanks to the actions of the police were also freed three victims, who were planning to kill.
