Who will come out and who lost: how has the income of the Ukrainian Ministers during the year. Infographics
Last fall, when I first started e-filing and officials announced their income in the new system, a large part of society was affected as many of them.
Then Dnia analyzed the declarations of all 24 Ministers, and recently ended the spring submission of electronic declarations by officials for 2016.
So this year Dnia found them again and compared to last year. One of the Ministers richer and who is poorer, read our material.

“Millionaires” of the Cabinet on the overall revenue
With 24 Ministers of the Ukrainian government (with the Prime Minister and his deputies inclusive) four were “millionaires”. Thus, among the financial giants:
Interestingly, the income, compared to last year rose 14 406 083 UAH, and Petrenko earned less than 1 244 897 UAH. As for Zubko and Kasalica, they earned more on 444 343 UAH TA 807 436 UAH respectively.

Little did not reach the rank of “millionaire” Vice-Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko, having declared for 2016 and 883 461 hryvnia income, and taking fifth place ranking. Note that in the last year Rozenko with an income of 524 474 UAH took last place in the ranking by total income, i.e. the difference in income for 2016 and 2015 amounted to +358 987 UAH.
The top ten also have entered: the first Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of economic development and trade Stepan Kubiv – 709 722 UAH, the Minister of defence Stepan Poltorak – 634 281 UAH, the Minister of culture Yevhen Nyshchuk – 563 868 UAH, the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov – 488 921 UAH, the Minister sotspolitiki Andrey Reva – 485930 UAH.

Further, the rating looks like this:
- Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin – 439 530 UAH;
- The Minister of information policy Yurii stets – 409 645 UAH, which is more than last year at 199 677 UAH;
- Cabinet Minister Oleksandr Sayenko – 391 017 UAH, an increase of 253 766 UAH, than in 2015;
- Environment Minister Ostap Semerak – 390 643 UAH;
- Vice Prime Minister Vyacheslav Kyrylenko – 387 850 UAH, and last year, he declared on 313 210 UAH less;
- Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Kistion – 384 978 UAH, an increase of 207 093 UAH than in 2015;
- Finance Minister Alexander danyluk – 375 800UAH, declared on 291 908 UAH more than in 2015.
- The Minister of education and science, Liliya Hrynevych – 371 094 UAH and in comparison with the previous year is more on 124 142 UAH;
- The Minister for the temporarily occupied territories and IDPs Vadim Chernysh – 347 907 UAH, which is more than 19 916 than last year;
- The Minister of youth and sport Igor Zhdanov – 343 738 UAH, and in 2015 he’s not in the top twenty of the ranking, having declared 99 146 UAH.
Thus in the top twenty of the rating does not include: Deputy Prime Minister for European integration Ivanna klympush-Tsintsadze – 342 235 UAH (declared at 178 636 UAH income more than 2015), the acting Minister of health Suprun – 303 898 UAH, which last year took 19 place in the ranking with an income of 129 669 UAH, the Minister of infrastructure Vladimir Omelian – 290 700 UAH and by the Minister of agrarian policy Taras Kutovoy – 193 418 UAH, more than 2015 112 702 UAH.

Outsiders Of The Cabinet
This rating made total revenues of Ministers, which was less than the return for the previous 2015. In particular, officials of the Cabinet, which “came in the negative,” five. Three of them declared this year less than in 2015, more than a million hryvnia.

The Minister of justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko – minus 1 244 897 UAH;
Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin – minus 171 572 UAH;
The Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov – minus 1 189 493 UAH;
The Minister of infrastructure Vladimir Mistletoen – minus 510 170 UAH.
