The IMF has ordered Ukraine to introduce a monthly fee for gas
The IMF ordered the Ukrainian side to introduce a monthly fee for gas. This is stated in the text of the Memorandum of the government with the International monetary Fund.
The text of the document was published by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
It contains a letter to the head of the IMF Christine Lagarde, President Petro Poroshenko, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman, Minister of Finance Vladimir danyluk and head of the National Bank of Ukraine Valeria Gontareva.
In the text in one of the tables contains the mention of anoplate for gas.
“Until the end of August 2017, we(…) is applicable, the tariff for the gas distribution and heating on the basis of power, which will transfer a fraction of the cost during the summer months – all changes will take effect from may 1, 2017”, – stated in the text of the document which is quoted by UNIAN.

In addition, the text notes that until the end of September 2017 changes on the division of a single tariff for the cost of gas as a commodity and cost, and its delivery will be secured by entering into resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 758.
We will remind, earlier the government had warned of “the split” fees for gas from April. The Cabinet had planned to perform the process of splitting the cost of gas, what will happen to April 1 and to reproduce the formula that generated the bills.
Later, the decision of the national Commission carrying out regulation in the energy and utilities (NKREKP), the allocation of gas prices the cost of delivery was suspended for the next three months.
