The case of torture of protesters from the colonnade of the stadium. V. Lobanovsky sent to court
The Department of special investigations of the General prosecutors office of Ukraine in the Pechersk district court of Kyiv sent the indictment against three former employees of a battalion of militia of special purpose “Berkut” of the MIA of Ukraine in Kharkiv region, which is accused of torture of protesters.

The sanction of part 2 of article 127 UK of Ukraine, according to which accused of “Berkut” provides no alternative punishment in the form of imprisonment from 5 to 10 years.
