The Russian foreign Ministry believes the ultimatum, the statement of US state Secretary Rex Tillerson on Syria, which he made before his visit to Russia.
This was stated by the official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, as reported by “RIA Novosti”.
“Not as an ultimatum, I regard as a political statement, as a muscle-flexing before the talks. This is quite in line with the approaches of Washington,” she said.
