They cannot be installed in houses where the heat is fed on the riser and lack of looped supply only for the apartment.

But there is a solution. Individual heater is such a counter, but large size, with electronic sensors. The tenants themselves will be able to program the temperature that will be in the apartment – ITP will automatically adjust the temperature.
To install a similar item in one of Kiev’s high-rise buildings, according to preliminary calculations, will cost the tenants in 200 thousand UAH. That is, 2857 UAH for each of the 70 apartments. And the money you can beat in a season. For instance, ITP is operating in a high-rise building in Brovary in the Kyiv region. It was designed and developed by the engineer Alexander Alexandrov with colleagues. Ten people, two months of work – and now people pay for heating up to 70% less.
