The speaker of the Russian Council of Federation Valentina Matvienko criticized the Deputy permanent representative of Russia to the UN Vladimir Safronkov for his statement in the UN Security Council on 12 April.
She declared it on meeting of Scientific Advisory Council, reports TASS.

Avakyan said that the Russian official spoke to the UN as an ensign.
