The head of “Ukrzaliznytsya” Wojciech Balczun believes that statements about the resignation of the leadership of the companies the Minister of infrastructure Vladimir Omelian covering for their own incompetence and lack of professionalism.

“Statements on the resignation of the leadership of PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” – Minister of infrastructure covering for their own incompetence and lack of professionalism. Another example is the announcement of the test train to “nowhere”, – said Balczun.
In particular, the press service with reference to the words transport expert Alexander Kava reported that the test train to Iran, announced the Ministry of Infrastructure, can only reach the Azerbaijani-Iranian border – then there is no road.
“This train can reach only the Azerbaijani-Iranian border town of Astara. Rail transport is possible only from Batumi to Astara. The nearest train station, Iranian Rasht – 160 kilometers. And this way is yet to be built. It may take 3-4 years. If there will arrive the Ukrainian agricultural products, it will have to ship in cars and so to take the territory of Iran,” said kawa.

Earlier Omeljan protested the decision of the Cabinet that “Ukrzaliznytsya” to remove from the jurisdiction of the Ministry.
