It became known how many times the observers of the OSCE was in danger in the Donbas

OSCE observers are constantly under threat: from January 2015, the OSCE mission 183 times run into danger in the Donbas.

This was announced by first Deputy Chairman of the SMM OSCE in Ukraine Alexander hug, writes UNIAN.

“How much risk mitigation measures, we did not accept those who are determined to do violence will always find ways to circumvent the protection”, – he said.

About the dangers, we are talking about shooting at or near patrols, serious threats, damage of technical equipment of the mission, including drones, cameras, and cars.

“Observers constantly under threat, despite the fact that their daily work is aimed at establishing peace and stability in Ukraine”, – he concluded.

We will remind, on April 23, in the explosion of the car of the OSCE near Prishib village in the occupied territory of the Luhansk region killed one member of the mission, two more got wounds. The mission said that six patrol moved in two armoured vehicles when the explosion occurred.
