Lavrov commented on the explosion of a car of the OSCE in the Donbass
The Russian foreign Ministry said that the circumstances of the death of the representative of the SMM OSCE in the Donbass need to be studied, and tomorrow this topic will be discussed at the meeting with OSCE Secretary General Lambert Sanrom in Moscow.
This was stated by Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, RIA Novosti reported.
“I would also like to announce that yesterday, hot on the heels of this tragic event Sergey Lavrov sent his condolences to U.S. Secretary of state. We believe that the circumstances of the incident require study and interpretation. Tomorrow in Moscow will be the Secretary General of the OSCE, which, I’m sure the conversation on this topic will probably be,” – said Ryabkov.
According to him, Russia promptly responded to a request from the American side on the body.
“although, I want to emphasize that this issue is resolved by the relevant authorities and agencies in Lugansk. We, as I understand it, gave them relevant recommendations, but it is their decision which we welcome”, – he commented on the request of the United States to the Russian Federation to influence the “DNR” and “LNR”.
