A mechanism of monetization of subsidies. When and where to seek economical consumers
The Cabinet decided on the mechanism of partial monetization of subsidies. Such compensation, up to 700 UAH, Ukraine will receive up to 1.5 million families on a budgetthat they use in their homes for heating in winter gas or electricity.
The mechanism of compensation for savings subsidies, the Cabinet has determined in its resolution No. 300 of April 26, 2017, reports “UKRINFORM”.
Structural subdivisions on issues of social protection of the population transfer of subsidies to the accounts of enterprises that are producers and performers of housing and communal services. After the end of the heating season, the unused amount of subsidies for reimbursement for payment of services for Central heating (heat supply), the supply of cold and hot water and wastewater services, gas and electricity for heating (in the case of the use of natural gas/electric energy for individual heating) is returned with the enterprise-proizvoditelem (contractor) of such services to the budget in full on the basis of act calculate the total amount of unused grant amounts.
Part of the unused amount of the subsidy for reimbursement for payment of services for gas and electricity for heating, that in equivalent does not exceed the cost (as of may 1, the new summer season) 100 cubic meters of natural gas or the cost of 150 kWh of electrical energy (in the case of natural gas/electric energy for individual heating), shall be transferred to the account of the recipient of the subsidy in the Bank or paid through post offices of PJSC “Ukrposhta” on the basis of lists of such persons who served before 1 June of the current year by producers (performers) services gas, electricity in paper and electronic form structural units on issues of social protection of the population and which indicate the amount of unused subsidies.
The transfer of part of unused subsidies to the account of the recipient of the subsidy in the Bank or pay it through the post offices of PJSC “Ukrposhta” is a structural subdivision for the social protection of the population on the basis of a personal application of the receiver, which must be submitted before September 1 of the current year. Structural unit for the social protection of the population should inform the recipient of the subsidy, he must submit such a statement.
