From the beginning of day one serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were killed, five more Ukrainian defenders was injured.
On Donetsk the direction from mortars 120-mm and 82-mm enemy smashes strongholds of Ukrainian troops near Verhneuralskogo and the Heater; fire 120-mm mortars covered the defenders Nevel and Oborona Verhneuralskogo Luhansk and fired rocket-propelled grenades of various systems and machine guns of large calibers. The positions near Avdeevka opponent fired from mortars of caliber of 120 mm anti-tank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns. And at some point near Zaytsevy the enemy used grenade launchers of various calibers and small arms.
On the seaside direction fire of mortars 120-mm and 82-mm grenade launchers of various systems and small arms enemy covered positions near Pavlopol; the 82-millimetre mortars, APCS, grenade launchers and heavy machine guns beat on the strong points of the sea Photinia under Water. Mortars 120-mm and 82-mm was used for Oborona Krasnogorovka and rocket-propelled grenades of various systems beat the defenders Shirokino, Hnutove and Chermalyk. From small arms fired at enemy strong points in the area of Granite. Around Novotroitsk acted enemy snipers.
