State statistics service notice encouraging inflation in April
The state statistics service of Ukraine published the latest data on consumer prices and inflation. Information developed by the end of April of the current year.
The inflation rate was 0.9%, a deceleration compared to the March analog 1.8%. The beginning of the year prices of goods and services in Ukraine as a whole rose 4.9%. At the same time in comparison with the last year result, April 2017 is more encouraging – the rate of inflation slowed from 15.1% to 12.2% in annual terms.
Basic consumer price index in April 2017. compared to the previous month amounted to 100.6%, from the beginning of the year – 103,4%. Calculations performed without processing data from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol and part of the zone of the antiterrorist operation.
