OSCE observers changed the rules of patrolling in the Donbass

As a result of blasting of patrol car of the special monitoring mission of the OSCE on the uncontrolled territory of the Luhansk region, observers are forced to change the rules of the patrols in the conflict zone in the Donbass.

This is stated in the report of the OSCE mission for April 10, – informs the Public.

From now on all units in the monitoring mission in Donbass will drive only on paved roads.

First Deputy Chairman of the SMM OSCE in Ukraine Alexander hug added that it is also considering various additional activities.

Now the OSCE Secretariat is conducting its own investigation of the incident with the detonation of a car, OSCE Chairman Sebastian Kurz laid on the Secretary of the task is to undertake an external examination.
