Lutsenko returned to SAP the idea of removal of inviolability from Lozovoy and Dade

The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko was returned to the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office to Refine the idea of removal of inviolability from deputies Andrey Lozovoy (Radical party) and Yevhen Deydey (people’s front).

“Two views regarding MPs Lozovoy and Dade Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko was returned to the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office for revision,” said Gar.

Also in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will be sent a representation on lifting the parliamentary immunity of MP group “Vidrodzhennya” Gennady legumes.

“After reviewing the three submissions of people’s deputies in terms of factual material, it was decided to send to the Parliament the idea of removal of parliamentary immunity from the people’s Deputy Gennady legumes” she said.
