Lutsenko returned to SAP the idea of removal of inviolability from Lozovoy and Dade
The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko was returned to the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office to Refine the idea of removal of inviolability from deputies Andrey Lozovoy (Radical party) and Yevhen Deydey (people’s front).

“Two views regarding MPs Lozovoy and Dade Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko was returned to the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office for revision,” said Gar.
Also in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will be sent a representation on lifting the parliamentary immunity of MP group “Vidrodzhennya” Gennady legumes.
In Parliament a few dozen MPs called for the resignation of Lutsenko
“After reviewing the three submissions of people’s deputies in terms of factual material, it was decided to send to the Parliament the idea of removal of parliamentary immunity from the people’s Deputy Gennady legumes” she said.
Recall the representation in Parliament about removal of inviolability from deputies Lozovoy, Dade and beans prepared on may 19.
“In the course of joint verification of submitted electronic declarations of the GPU, SAP and NAB the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine plans on lifting the parliamentary immunity of people’s deputies Gennady legumes (article 212, 366 approx. 1 of the criminal code of Ukraine), Yevhen Deydey (article 368 of approx. 2 of the criminal code of Ukraine) and Andrey Lozovoy (article 212, 368 approx. 2 of the criminal code of Ukraine)”, – said earlier Lutsenko.
