Cyprus company appealed against the confiscation of $ 1.5 billion Yanukovych

Seven Cypriot companies — owners of bonds of internal state loans, appealed the decision of the court of Kramatorsk specefication $ 1.5 billion deprived the title of President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and his entourage.

This was stated by the lawyer of the company Dmitry Shcherbina writes “Gromadske”.

He said that the court’s decision was appealed to only now, since the defense was not notified about it.

“So it was appealed this decision Kramatorsk district court. Appealed only in may, because the court’s decision was almost secret, only learned from the media,” he said.

Shcherbina said that the complaint was filed in the court of Appeal in Donetsk region. The defense asks the court about the restoration of the appellate review period.
