The situation in the ATO area remains tense. The militants do not stop to use weapons against soldiers of the armed forces of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the day illegal armed groups 26 times opened fire on strong points of the Ukrainian defenders, including heavy artillery weapons.

In this sector of the front in the direction of temporarily occupied Odessa, the militants carried out raids, using powerful artillery systems of caliber of 152 mm. Also they twice fired Ukrainian strongholds in Novotroitsk district of the 120-mm mortars. In the morning of the same mortars bandits fired near Krasnogorovka. In addition, near Krasnogorovka, Shirokino, Water and Bogdanovka during the day the enemy opened fire from small arms and grenade launchers.
The direction of Donetsk. The most difficult situation is in the suburbs of Avdeevka. There fighters fired at fortifications of the Ukrainian armed forces with mortars of various calibres, anti-aircraft guns, rocket-propelled grenades and small arms. And about 14.00 o’clock the bandits hit twice on the positions of Ukrainian MLRS “Grad”. On the same direction under enemy fire from mortars and infantry weapons hit the strongholds of forces ATO in Lugansk region, Zaytsevy and Sand.
Lugansk direction. Since the beginning of the day on this part of the front was relatively calm. However, after lunch, the bandits fired on Ukrainian positions near the settlement Nizhneteploye from small arms. In the fighting since the beginning of the day, four soldiers of the ATO forces were injured.
