The average salary in Ukraine has increased to 6 thousand hryvnia – Rozenko
For the first four months of 2017 the average salary in Ukraine increased to 6 thousand UAH.
This was announced by Vice Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko, reports “Interfax-Ukraine”.
“The average salary across Ukraine for four months of this year increased compared to the same period last year by almost 40% and is now 6 thousand hryvnia,” – said Rozenko.
Adjusted for inflation, real wages increased by 20%.
We will remind, earlier the government promised that by the end of 2017 the average salary to rise to 7 thousand UAH, and in the medium term, before 2020 – up to 10 thousand UAH.
