The court took the company Onishchenko right to use two gas fields
Economic court of Kyiv region on Wednesday, April 14 in full satisfied the claim of the General Prosecutor’s office about the use of Small and Arkhangelsk gas field companies related to a member of the fugitive Alexander Onishchenko.
This reports the press service of the Prosecutor General.
According to the investigation, in March 2014 between PAO “GAO “Chernomorneftegaz” and PJSC “Plast” was signed the agreement on joint activities to consolidate their efforts for the production of gas.

“Under the terms of the contract, PAO “GAO “Chernomorneftegaz” included in the joint activity the right to use the gas fields. PJSC “Plast” undertook to pay 71 million UAH, of which made only UAH 1 mn, the latter illegally received from joint activity profit of proportionally larger size than PAO “GAO “Chernomorneftegaz”. As a result, government shortfall of about 20 million UAH from the sale of gas produced during implementation of joint activities”, – said the press service of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

According to prosecutors, these acts of PJSC “Plast” suggests that the Treaty was not to achieve a common goal, and for the sake of obtaining the right of subsoil use in Arkhangelsk and Small gas fields, uncontrolled disposal of produced natural gas and illicit asset management PJSC “NJSC “Naftogaz Ukrainy” (wells, a network of underground pipelines), transferred to the Respondent as contribution to joint activity.
“In this regard, the Deputy General Prosecutor appealed to court with the claim about recognition invalid contracts that violate public order and concluded without the consent of PJSC “NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine”,” – said the Prosecutor’s office.
We will remind, Alexander Onishchenko suspected of organizing schemes to embezzlement of funds during the extraction and sale of natural gas within the framework of joint operation agreements with PJSC “Ukrgasdobycha”, which was caused to the state damage for the sum about 3 billion UAH.
