“Kyivenergo” will not heat the capital and will not give the city the hot water from the spring of next year. Kyiv city Council voted for termination of the agreement with the company, almost three-quarters of which belongs to businessman Rinat Akhmetov, says the story TSN.19:30.
In order not to disrupt the heating season, the cooperation with “Kyivenergo” will suspend from 27 April next year. 90 thousand objects managed by the institution and owned by the city, will inventory and take. We are talking about two TEPS, 200 boilers, waste incineration plant “Energy” and thousands of kilometers of heating systems.

City leaders argue that over the 16 years of cooperation “Kyivenergo” nothing is upgraded, but only increased tariffs. “We in the past year, with the help of international experts analyze what this deal gave the city. The conclusion was unambiguous: the interaction in this format for the city is unacceptable,” – said the Deputy Chairman of the KCSA Petr Panteleyev.
