Experts have calculated an index of dumplings with meat
Over the past two and a half months of cooking dumplings with meat has risen 11%, and in the autumn of last year – 27.5%.
Such data are cited by the Ukrainian Association of retailers, which for the third time, calculated the index of dumplings with meat.
“On 30 September 2016 Ukrainian dumplings with meat and sour cream cost us the day before of a government experiment (concerning the abolition of the state regulation of prices for products) at 61.5 UAH. Six months later, on March 30, 2017, dumplings with meat and sour cream was worth 70,6 UAH. And on June 20, 2017 – 78,4 UAH. If we compare with the prices of September 30, 2016, the picture is this: the cost of this dish for 8.5 months rose about 17 hryvnia, or 27.5%. This is the real index of prices”,- said Facebook General Director of Association Alexey Doroshenko.
To prepare the dumplings took the following ingredients: 300 grams of beef 300 grams of pork, 30 grams of onion, 800 grams of wheat flour, 400 ml water, 1 teaspoon salt, spices. In the finished dumplings added for flavor 250 grams of sour cream.
