From hundreds of Kiev restaurants, only four did not find violations – state foods and consumer service
In the framework of the monitoring of food service establishments, which was held for poisoning after eating the company’s products “Sushi land Eurasia” and “Sushi life” in Kiev employees of Demirtzoglou was visited by 103 companies.
This was stated by the Deputy chief of the state foods and consumer service in Kiev Alexander Ovcharenko, writes 112.ua. In particular, 15 institutions were not allowed to conduct their monitoring.

According to him, only four institutions were not revealed any violations. All other violations were, and 30% of institutions have decided to temporarily stop work to correct the deficiencies.
“There were cases of fish without marking, that is, buy a certain number of fish in a reputed company and under these documents and then taking a fish of unknown origin, unknown maker. The quality of it, it is not clear,” – said Ovcharenko.

In addition, there have been cases of storage products, storage period of which has expired, with safe and quality products in the same refrigerated chamber, a violation of the terms of the commodity neighbourhood, poor sanitary condition of industrial premises (dirt, need repair), lack of monitoring devices to measure temperature in places of storage of raw materials, lack of sanitary books of the personnel.
We will remind, as of July 1, the number of cases of acute intestinal infection is 34 cases. According to laboratory studies of possible etiologic factor is the causative agent of salmonellosis.
