The lawyer of the President of the fugitive Viktor Yanukovych Vitaliy Serdyuk today, July 6, apply accused of treason on the refusal of protection. Now he’s heading to court.

“Yes, the waiver will be filed. To legitimize the process which decided to carry out without Viktor Yanukovych, despite his demands, the involvement of the state attorney will be already impossible…”, he said.
Earlier, Yanukovych decided to refuse participation in the trial accused him of treason, which takes place in Kiev, and to withdraw his lawyers. Today, July 6 is to be held a regular meeting on the case of the fugitive in the Obolon court of Kyiv.
