The Committee accused the detectives NAB, provocation of bribery
The Committee on rules requires the Prosecutor General’s office open a criminal case against the detectives NAB.
This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on rules Pavlo Pynzenyk, reports Espresso.TV.
The Committee accused the detectives of NABOO in “provocation of bribery” in the amber case of people’s deputies of Maxim Polyakov and Borislav Rosenblatt.
“The Committee considers it necessary to appeal to the GPU of a crime employees of NABOO, containing signs of crimes under article “provocation of bribery” UCU,” said Pynzenyk.
According to him, the Committee considers legal representation for granting consent to criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy Polyakov. However, it is insufficiently substantiated.
The Committee agreed to refer the submission to the speaker of Parliament Andriy Parubiy.

The amount of bribes received in the said case is more than 300 thousand hryvnias. June 19, detectives of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine detained the security guard of the people’s Deputy from BPP Borislav Rosenblatt during receiving a bribe of 200 thousand dollars. The people’s Deputy Serhiy Leshchenko claimed that co-defendant Rosenblatt received money for the solution of a question on licensing of production of amber.
He called the accusations against his security guard provocation.
Deputies Rosenblatt and Polyakova want to deprive of immunity – they both appear in the amber case. The corresponding representation is already prepared.
