Allowed to attract Polyakova responsible
The Verkhovna Rada gave its consent to criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy from “popular front” Maxim Polyakov.
For a decision voted 250 deputies.
Thus the people’s representatives actually voted to withdraw immunity from Polyakov.
However, the deputies did not give consent to the election of the Polyakov measure in form of detention, gaining only 111 votes.
“Tell me, please, where am I and where is amber? I have no never had to amber. Do not live in this region did not export, do not have companies neither I, nor my family. It is well known, and the attorney General,” said Polyakov.
According to him, the charges against him are “a personal vendetta” Director of NABU Artem Sytnik.
“I have a request to this room, I never anything didn’t hide, I ask you to vote according to conscience and the law,” Polyakov said during a speech at the podium.

The people’s Deputy Serhiy Leshchenko claimed that co-defendant Rosenblatt received money for the solution of a question on licensing of production of amber.
Subsequently, the NEB, in conjunction with SAP published a video, which allegedly demonstrates the Polyakov involvement in corruption schemes concerning the illegal production and sale of amber.
The specified entry was demonstrated to the participants of the meeting of the regulatory Committee of Parliament, which decide the question of deprivation of parliamentary immunity Polyakova.
