NATO has increased the trust funds to help Ukraine – Poroshenko

The North Atlantic Treaty organization (NATO) has decided to increase trust Fund for assistance to the Armed forces of Ukraine.

This was stated by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during the opening of the memorial sign “Cossack cross to the fighters for freedom” near the Holy resurrection Cathedral of the UOC-Kyiv Patriarchate in Sumy.

“This week was the Commission Ukraine – NATO, where increased trust Fund for assistance to the Armed forces of Ukraine, recovery of Ukrainian soldiers, provide psychological rehabilitation to veterans of ATO”, – he stressed.

According to Poroshenko, it was also decided to increase trust funds in combating cybercrime.

Recall, July 10, Poroshenko held talks with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, who arrived in Kiev. The sides discussed the program for Ukraine, which after three years the Ukrainian army has to reach NATO standards and to learn how to counter Russia’s hybrid war, including in cyberspace.
