The court refused to ex-Prosecutor General Shokin in reinstatement

The court refused to the former head of the GPU Viktor Shokin in the resume on the post of the Prosecutor General.

This was announced by the acting Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko during a speech in Parliament.

“By the way I want simultaneously to inform you that today the highest court refused to Lutsenko’s removal and reinstatement to the position Shokin” he said.

We will remind, the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine refused to consider the claim of the Victor for his reinstatement in office of Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
