Media published a draft of the mysterious law on the reintegration of Donbass
In a Network there was a draft law on the reintegration of Donbass, which recognizes that certain areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation. I published the website of RBC-Ukraine.
The text specifies that the temporarily occupied territory is considered “the land area, within which the formation of the Russian armed forces and illegal groups established with the participation of the Russian Federation and administered, as well as occupying administration of the Russian Federation has established and implement their authority.”

The draft law defines illegal activities of any bodies and officials not provided for by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, and established, appointed or elected by illegal means.
The bill establishes a public policy in the occupied territories. Its stated goal the resumption of state sovereignty of Ukraine in these areas, their liberation and rehabilitation in the framework of the constitutional order, and protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens of Ukraine suffered from the Russian aggression.

“The President of Ukraine in the period of validity of this law may decide on the use of the armed forces and other legitimate military formations in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions to deter and repel armed aggression of the Russian Federation, restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, ensuring the protection and defense of the state border of the country and the demarcation line”, – stated in the bill.
As previously reported, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that instructed to develop a bill on the reintegration of Donbass, which will include a number of measures for the return of the occupied territories of Ukraine.
Garant said that the key position is the reintegration of these territories. According to him, in the preparation of the draft law with participation of experts, people’s deputies. In addition, the bill is based on the terms enshrined in the Minsk agreements.
The speaker of Parliament Andriy Parubiy stressed that the draft law on de-occupation of certain regions of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, will allow to use all branches of the military without restriction of democratic procedures and recognizes areas ORDA occupied.
